Daytime Postpartum Care Package

Provides essential support for the health and well-being of the whole family with special attention to mother healing and recovery, as well as the parent / newborn relationship while ensuring an optimal transition for all.

Care Includes:

  • 1 planning / preparation session

  • 12 total hours of care

  • choose the number of weekly visits based on your needs

  • minimum 2 hours per visit, maximum of 4 hours

  • care between the hours of 8am and 8pm

Support May Include: addressing infant feeding challenges (breast or bottle) - nap / sleep solutions - guidance on day / night structure for feeding, sleeping and the family - light housekeeping - healing care for mother - home and newborn space solutions - nourishing food - newborn education - caring for baby - caring for siblings - baby wearing practice - family dynamic support - back to work strategies and support -


Night Nanny Tuck-In Care Package

A gentle touch and loving support. Just what mom and her family needs to ease into the night and move into a good rhythm with a newborn. Our focus is on building confidence in parent intuition through knowledgeable guidance and education while respecting family goals to best connect with and care for baby.

Care Includes:

  • 1 planning / preparation session

  • 72 total hours of care

  • choose between 4 hours of evening support or 8 to 10 hours of overnight care

  • care between the hours of 7pm and 7am

Support May Include: maximizing parent(s) sleep - infant feeding and sleeping routine - quiet household chores - nourishing food - newborn education - caring for baby - caring for siblings - family dynamic support - back to work strategies and support -


Baby Boot Camp Package

A short term care package designed to accomplish a specific goal. Whether it’s to get into a good routine for sleep, for feeding, for healing, or getting to know your individual baby. Our “boot camps” are designed to help you tune into your baby’s needs, as well as your own, so that you can find a good rhythm for your family to thrive.

Care Includes:

  • 1 planning / preparation session

  • specialized intensive hands-on support by the hour

  • goal / solution driven intention

  • visits range from 2 hours to 12 hours in length

  • duration of support is defined by individual need, but is typically completed within a 2 to 4 week period

Support Areas May Include: infant sleep solutions - day and night structure - infant feeding challenges - new parent education intensive - back to work routine - preparing for childcare
