The new mother is healing from childbirth, resting after sacrificing her body for many months, and working to restore her energy through gentle self-awareness and nourishment from intentional foods. This sacred season should be met with reverence for the healing journey ahead. Our nourishing mother meals care package supports healing from the inside out. Meals are designed to create warmth, encourage digestion, and inspire a sense of slowing down so mother and baby can connect and bond.

Care Includes:

  • 1 intake / planning session

  • individualized meal plan

  • 8 meal shifts over 3 weeks (or up to 24 hours total)

  • shopping for necessary ingredients

Meals are intended to support the mother's healing and recovery, but may also support the partner as well. Our shifts are designed to cover all meals for the mother through the first 3 weeks. The shifts can be adjusted based on individual need and total number of hours can be spread over more weeks if desired.
